Stay here over Australia Day long weekend, requested and paid for cot in advance, but had to request for it when we arrived & was absolutely filthy and we had to scrub it, microwave didnt work, tv didnt work, cleaners gloves found in bathroom, lack of concern from reception, then we had to repay for the cot and did not receive bond back, place was left spotless before we left. I would reconsider anyone thinking of staying here, please really look for somewhere more child friendly and cleaner. Poor experience all round. Considering the money you pay, its not worth it at all.
Got the two bedroom apartment suite was very nice and luxurious. No free WiFi but and pool was on the smaller side. No complaints other than that
Fantastic stay! Great staff and beautiful room. Stayed in one bedroom suite overlooking the pool and the bay. Massive space. The resort is very close to shops and Woolworths, and short walk to marina. Spend the extra money to have the view. The normal hotel rooms facing the surburbian homes are tiny and not worth your time.
the most amazing place to be... parking, beautiful staff members, seabreeze pub. 5 min walk to the bay. what else could you need. if present ask for Sally and she will make your stay 100 times better with her funny comments and professional service. this girls here all deserve a pay rise. you will not be disappointed by this place believe me I stay here on multiple occasions and it's AMAZINGGGGGG.
Stayed on the top floor. The rooms were nice and modern, with a window facing the sunrise. Great view over the bay. 10 minute walk to the coast. Great place.
