The place is clean, got pretty much everything i need
Unfortunately, I paid upfront to stay here some years back as a part of organising a place to stay before popping the question to my now wife. Upon checking in and going to the room, we both decided the room was musty and stank. We requested another room and were told that was the only room available. The place wasnt even fully booked as it was well out of peak. I then requested a refund and was told they would keep $50. I contested this amount as I literally walked into the room and walked out. I ended up foregoing the $50 cancellation fee. I went and stayed at the Mantra which was fantastic. If you are thinking about staying here, I would strongly advise against it. Worst experience ever and I have traveled extensively overseas
Absolutely loved there, the owners and son were lovely, and always willing to help with and information about there area. We will booking again.
Wonderful people here so friendly top place to stay
I recently stayed here with my husband. I am legally blind and travelled with my Guide Dog. The hotel was very well trained regarding assisting the vision impaired. They set up my room so I would not injure myself on furniture, oriented me to the room and the building and even supplied a bed for the guide dog. The location is fantastic and very accessible.
