Excellent location. We had a garden room which was perfect. A walk away to shops restrauants too. Wonderful breakfast available too!
We will definitely return. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. Location is excellent. I think this is the best value in nelson bay.
Clean and tidy rooms. Great central location. Nice pool. The Cafe Nel menu delightful. The only minus was that the sofa bed was uncomfortable.
I didn't stay at the hotel, but I had breakfast at the cafe, it's very good. Great service, even when busy. Coffee was excellent, and the menu varied. The fitters are legitimately fantastic. Will be returning.
Fantastic food and great service! We were using the boardroom for a work function (one of many time we have done so) but my friend was also staying there and had a great experience too. Highly recommend it!
