Marty's was lovely but given it's expensive accommodation, we paid $2300 for 7 nights, there were a couple of things that let it down. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which only had one small couch. There were 2 very uncomfortable foam backed chairs but we couldn't relax and sit on these as they were so uncomfortable. Secondly the entire complex has only one communal washing machine. It was really inconvenient having to go back and forth to do a load of washing. The most positive thing about Marty's were the lovely, helpful and accommodating staff. They were easily the best staff anywhere we have stayed. The unit was lovely and clean as well thanks to the great staff.
love this place stayed 3 time with my dad easy walks and nice beach behind the hotel and the pool is amazing and so is the room and the staff are very friendly can't wait go back next year

Best accommodation during our tour from Melbourne to Sydney. Rooms are really nice end definitely 4 star level.
Amazing experience at Marty's! Walking distance to Little Beach Boathouse, Nelson Bay town and Marina and far away enough to get away from the crowds. I stayed here with my wife and 8 month old daughter and we were very comfortable. I would recommend Marty's without hesitation. Looking forward to our next stay!
