Cancelled at the last moment....worst feeling
Parachuting off a back of a boat how difference that well I'm scared of heights and there was no way I was going up for unit but I had friends and they went and when they come back down the grin on my face was from ear to ear I think it says it all if you get the opportunity to go parachuting behind the back of the boat grab it overall the staff was friendly the boat was nice and they had a great time from mwh
Absolutely dreadful business! My partner and friends booked an experience with this company for a birthday present over a month ago and when they arrived (driving up from sydney) they were bluntly told they are closed for "maintenance" and offered no apology or compensation. The reason the staff offered (while laughing I might add) as to why they did not call or email any of the group letting them know that even though they booked this date that they would not be able to go ahead with their booking today was "the computers were down so we couldn't contact you prior". Following that excuse we see that earlier that day they company posted on Facebook that they were closing for staff to "have a break" clearly not maintenance like they LIED about... and evidentally by their post... there computers were not down if they could access Facebook and decide to close because they were sick of doing their job... All this with not even no apology but being mocked and laughed at and adviced that they "don't care leave a bad review". This company is clearly staffed with lazy, rude, dishonest and incompetent workers that dont care about what they do. Disgusting! Do not go here!
If I could give this company no stars I would. We came up all the way from Sydney after booking and paying almost a month ago. We arrived at the booking time and we were advised that it was CLOSED for maintenance. There was a man sitting in the office stating: its closed our computers are down so we couldnt email you and let you know.No apology or nothing he just said I cant do anything about it. We then had the rest of the staff sitting there laughing at us rudely and when we advised we were upset, there was no apology just the rude staff yelling out that we should go ahead and leave a bad review. I am so shocked that a company can be this rude. Disappointing
So much fun, this is a must. They take you out in a boat and you wait your turn to be hooked up, then you gently go up in the air and fly around after the boat. The captain was cheeky with my sister and I and dipped us in the water before reeling us back in. You don't have to be fit for this. When you're up there, you can see absolutely everything. Awesome views. Probably safe enough to take your phone up and snap some shots (with a wristband!) Most people don't even touch the water.
