Staff happy to take money then you have to fight for refund don't go there, there are more places to go to in nelson bay.
HORRIBLE service!!! The 3 women working were absolutely RUDE!!! Never purchase any tickets from here. I tried to refund the sand dunes RIGHT AFTER I purchased it, because my friend couldn't go anymore and I didn't want to leave her by herself. The 3 of them gained up on me attacking me, being very snappy and rude, I have never experienced such terrible service. They were very condescending and saying: "she's a big girl! She can go sit in a cafe!" Sorry you hate your life so much that you have to be rude to a friendly customer.
Did not book with them for our whale watching with imagine cruises. We were told we should know where we booked. Unfortuneately smart ass comments don't rate very with tourists.
This place is has well informed staff who can help sift through things to do in the area that suits your interest. Great place to book tour tickets without a big line up.
