The older lady Barb was extremely helpful, thus the 3 stars. However, the shorter lady (Poppy I think) was quite rude to the customer just before me. Also, quite crowded in that little office and was hard to negotiate during the busy period. Looked like it could use an update also.
Very unhelpful.I politely asked where could I book the tickets for the Tea gardens boat.Was told it was a question she couldnt answer.Im sure she knows that the lady sits just out the back selling tickets.I thought tourism was important in this town.Obviously not to the woman at the booking agency.

I just called to know about the time of the dolphin tours and the idiot on the phone started yelling at me as she was crazy. I don't recommend you to book anything with this agency. One day before she yelled at my wife in person, face to face.
