Woman on reception is extremely rude. Sighs constantly down the phone at you while trying to hold a conversation with her. Property manager is never available, either "on the phone" or "out of the office". I've been a tenant of theirs for 2 and a half years. Never again. Moving? They won't give you a time for the final inspection. They expect you to sit at an empty house for hours waiting for them to rock up. They are disorganised and rude. Avoid at all costs.
The team at Robinson Property manage a property for my partner at Nelson Bay and another in Newcastle owned by her parents. I have dealt with them for around 8 years. I look after the day-today for both houses, as my partners parents live in Sydney. The service has always been excellent, they have no annoying on-costs, and we have access to regular market appraisal updates, as well as pre-market release access to new projects. Great all round service!
Nelson Bay Office. Terrible customer service, worst rental experience ever...... Several major repairs in our rental were reported but never fixed. The receptionist assured me she would pass on messages to my phone calls and our emails also went unanswered. Receptionist refused to let me speak to a property manager. At the end of lease there was unreasonable cleaning claims and quotes arranged for cleaning were exorbitant. RENTERS BEWARE !
