We arrived when it was rather busy. Luckly we where given a few choices of seating. Staff where welcoming and lovely. The set out of the whole restaurant is great with an open kitchen to watch the chefs at work. Our food come out very quickly for how busy it was. And our meals where very nice! Well plated and great service all together.
Have eaten here many times, tonight I was rudely asked for ID (look young but well over 18) slightly taken aback as its a restaurant and never been asked before. Provided my valid ID but commented on the number of children in the venue and was met with an extremely rude and unnecessary response from the server. I decided to take my business elsewhere and let the server know politely-again met with an incredibly rude response! Food is fine but service has always been lacking and after tonights experience I wont be going back.
Nice pub. Restaurant looked good but we didn't get to eat there. Bar facilities and staff were great. Security staff were highly visible and quickly stemmed the one incident that arose in the am fresco area. Well done.
Food is good and the kitchen works well to get plates out fast even when busy. Service tends to let this place down though. Some staff looked like they just didnt want to be there which is reflected by quality of the service.
Good quality pub food! Well priced and friendly service. Order at cashier. 10% public holiday surcharge Looks to have had recent refurb. Recommended for casual holiday dinner.
