WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!Went there on my holidays at Nelson Bay I ordered 2 ice creams with 3 scoops each I kindly asked for a plain cone for my son and of course offered tonpay for it as well.The guy serving me said no and when I insisted he askesd the manager who also said no...I ended up buying nothing and my kids been unhappy cause there is no othe place close to get an icecream!I still havent realised why they were not selling me a plain cone but I would never go there again and I would not recommend it to anyone!!!
The ice cream flavours are great, the only problem is trying to decide which one to choose. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The shop can get very busy but dont let that deter you as the cue moves quite quickly. The atmosphere of the marina to sit and eat your ice cream only makes the ice cream taste even better
Not normally an ice-cream person but the Turkish delight gelato was amazing!
RUDEST PEOPLE EVER. Have never had such an awful experience ever. Bought 10 ice creams at $8.50 each and wouldnt let me buy a cup for my toddler whos ice cream was falling!! Every time we come here the owner is rude and arrogant. AWFUL
I've been here many times.. just because it's the only ice cream place around. When I was in last I asked the lady if they had improved and allowed testers.She replied with comparing when you buy dinner at a restaurant do you ask for testers? Its the same thing she said.Staff have attitude, but no wonder as every second customer is wanting a tester.. which is 100% normal and a reasonable request!To sum it up.. the owner is stingy and the icecrean is ordinary.. nothing special. They're here to serve non locals (mostly tourist's)Keep on asking for those testers folks!
