Just completed my PADI OW refresher course with FFD after around 20 years of no diving. All staff were professional and incredibly patient and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the 3 shore dives included in the course and have immediately booked on to do some more dives.
Open water course with Trudy was awesome! Clear instructions, great knowledge and very patient! Had an awesome time, The shop is well stocked with a great range of gear. The hire gear is of a good quality and will be diving the amazing dive sites that port Stephens has to offer more regularly! Thanks to the staff for experience!
Best customer service iv received in a long time, i find it hard to get true advice when travelling arround the country looking for great dive sites but today I was blown away be the knowledge of all the dive sites and the enthusiasm in how they were explained to me, I new I was dealing with real divers and not just another dive shop, big thanks to the team at feet first dive you have made a return customer out of me. Great customer service and attention to detail. Loved the boat trip to North Rock and then Looking Glass. Professional Dive leader and very informative about the dive sites and safety precautions to take before entering the water. But the hot BBQ sausage at the end of the trip back at the dive shop was the icing on the cake and helping us wash our gear was fantastic. Well done guys...see you again soon
I love Nelson Bay. Everything there is beautiful peaceful, relaxing. Been there many times. Dived with the Grey Nurse sharks with Feet First twice. Fabulous experience both times. The water was amazingly clear, blue and clean. The sharks were very big, numerous and friendly. Vast schools of fish. Really awesome experience. Need a god thick wetsuit as I found it a bit cold.
