Great location with great food. Enjoyed our oysters, prawns and barrumundi - will definitely return
$45 platter for two included frozen fish slices, frozen calamari, frozen fried prawns, reconstituted crab claws, chips, lettuce and tomatoes as salad. Not a single bit of fresh seafood in the platter. Covered in batter, everything fried other than the salad.Overpriced and frozen seafood. Suspect most of the seafood in the platter is imported too.$5 for a 600ml Coke.Tourist trap, avoid like the plague.
Not a good choice to eat here. I chose this place because its location was nice and it got 4.4 stars from google. I ordered grilled fish which it cost around $28.50 (it says it is the "local fish" and it will be served with salad and chips). When it was served, the fish was already cold. The portion was quite small. The salad wasn't fresh and it looked more like it was the leftover salad (but the chips was okay). The worst part was that the fish wasn't fresh at all and they left some fish scales on the skin.My boyfriend got chicken schnitzel. It wasn't good, the portion was small and it was served without gravy. We didn't try their fish and chips though...maybe it's nice but we definitely won't go back.
Probably the best fish and chips Ive had in NSW, amazing location, great service the food was perfectly cooked. I know its not a major thing but they have a self service sauce bar which means you dont end up spending an extra $10 on tiny sauce containers
Fabulous venue so close to the water. Great value and good food. Felt serving size possibly smaller than before.
