REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Been calling them 2 consecutive nights complaining the other tenant on the same apartment where we live as they are so loud during the night (almost until 3am) and been advised by one of the officer that they don't have a car to drive here and check the place! What kind of job do you do??? You're a public servant and you should provide services to the community when needed. If this happened again, I'll make sure to visit your office and talk to your managers and also I'll make complaint to other government bodies. Do your job mate!! You get paid not just to sit down and doing nothing!!!
