Took the kids here during the school holidays and had a great experience. It was comfortable, clean, the staff were friendly and it was a lot cheaper to take the whole family compared to the bigger competitors. Will be back again.
Great customer service and very reasonable prices, especially compared to the big cinemas. Nice to have a place that still makes choc tops and fresh popcorn.
Absolute thieves. They sold us stale popcorn, we took it back straight away, they wouldn't give us a fresh batch and we were refused a refund. Disgusted with their service. I will be taking this further to the consumer ombudsmen
Expensive and uncomfortable, plus very limited for disabled access unless you happen to get cinema 3 (the big one). Woolies is across the road and you can get stuff from there, and it's the only cinema in the bay so they sort of have the monopoly and don't need to care about their customers. I've had plenty of bad experiences here and always end up going to Newcastle for anything I actually want to experience.
An excellent cinema to go while on holidays. The staff are helpful, the theatre is older styles and chairs a little small, but it adds to the ambiance.
