Disgusting customer service! My friend had a very disturbing experience at this store on the weekend, she loved the clothes, but was treated with such disrespect, she left the store in shock. If anyone knows the brand of their Italian linen please post on here as she really wants to find another stockist so she can get the pieces that she wanted.
Will never enter this Shop again. The Salespeople were the rudest I have ever experienced. I felt the pants I tried on were not very flattering and said to the older person that I felt they made me look larger than I am, even though I'm not a big person. She then started being insulting by saying the pants I had on were very old fashioned and I needed to update my look. Also that my sunglasses were old fashioned. The young girl did try to comeback by saying my hair was nice and I had good skin. I wonder if they ever look in the mirror, might be a good idea. After leaving their shop we walked up the end of the next Street to Donna Donna where we had a wonderful experience with the two girls running that store. Thankyou girls. Remember the Pretty women scene with Julia Roberts (Big mistake ladies.) We spent about $500.00 between us. I think we had the last laugh.

Worst customer service ever. Staff extremely rude. So many better shops in Nelson Bay. Do not waste your money in this shop
I'm not sure what happened with the people experiencing bad service here. I am not a local but have always popped in here when visiting. I always walk out with something lovely. The owner is always friendly and helpful and does her best to find me a whole range of things to try on including accessories and complimentary pieces. I mentioned to her that I owned a top exactly the same as one in the shop so she particularly tried to find pieces to coordinate with that. She suggested some things that I would not have chosen for myself ...some I did not feel right in and she was absolutely not pushy about them, the others I was surprised with and ended up purchasing. When I commented on feeling a bit overweight for some pieces she was supportive and encouraging and helped me find things I felt good in. Perhaps some people need to chill out and be less demanding. I don't know, but I've always had a positive experience in this shop. I work in retail myself so maybe my attitude towards others who work/own a shop is better ... sometimes you get what you put out there.
