Love the added extras while I had my hair done - a jug of herbal tea, hand massage while the foils do their thing, coffee on tap and a great scalp massage. Wish I lived locally so this could be my new go- to place for hair!
I was visiting for the weekend and decided to get a facial. I rang up and was able to get an appointment that day. The whole experience was divine from the beginning to end. The rooms are warm and dark with a bed and chair. The beautician was peaceful and gave me plenty of time to go to the bathroom and get ready on the bed. The facial was gentle and my skin feels great. Definitely felt more energised after. I recommend and only wish I lived nearer so I can go more frequently!
Amazing professional service, today I had a wonderful experience. The skin therapist treated me with great care, recognized my skin needs and gave me a wonderful treatment. Such an amazing salon!! Ive been coming here for years and am yet to find a fault. The service is always outstanding. I love that the girls are all so friendly and professional and take the time to have a good chat about your wants before any treatment is started and then keep you informed the whole way through. They have such a wealth of product knowledge and can recommend take home products or even just little tips to keep your skin and hair in check. I dont even live in Nelson Bay anymore but regularly make the trip back here due to the consistent good service and results with the added bonus of all my hair and beauty needs done in one place
This salon is AMAZING! The staff are always friendly and helpful and make you feel special every time you are there. Its so great to have an all in one hair and beauty salon. They stock a great range of different products and are fantastic at recommending the best products for your skin / hair type. Highly recommend.
